Yep, have done that & got a generic email response which offers same info as FAQs / community. Keen to speak with someone than email back n forth as I don't understand how the Nintendo / MS account linking works with the user accounts on the switch

Curiouser & Curiouser... So they can now access "One Block Skyblock" & their mine coins are back. Weird & frustrating but also glad they're back on track.

also appears there should be more than 0 mine coins in the wallet - where can I see recent purchases please? (to see if the coins have actually been spent...)
