Has anyone else had #Minecraft/Apple saying ‘purchase successful’ and then ‘something went wrong’ when trying to purchase a world on iPad - Apple takes the money and they and @MojangSupport refuse to discuss/refund or give us the coins. This has happened 4 times now. Such a rort.

Sent an email but your support was the worst I’ve ever come across last time - do you plan to improve on not replying or reply in less than a few weeks? I have just counted and you have ripped me off 5 times so far and refused to investigate/deposit coins/refund.
