@MojangSupport is there anything new regarding players having trouble signing in?
@MojangStatus said "all services are back to normal" but I've been unable to sign in since last night (and I submitted a support ticket already) I can't even get a change password email

Me too. When I login to the website, it says 'invalid email or password'. If you somehow manage to login please dm me and tell me how you fixed the problem.

I sent a second help ticket (had to dig up my purchase ID from 2011) so hopefully that ends up helping solve things (will keep this thread updated if anything changes) I did noticed when I got the support ticket email and it said "reply if these solutions don't help" that the--

--support email changed from "support@minecrafthelp" to "support+idnumbershere@minecrafthelp" so I added the base support@mch email incase that was causing a issue Fingers crossed its resolved soon, it really sucks not being able to play a game I've legitimately owned for 10yrs

UPDATE: I finally got a reply email (to the 2nd one I sent, that included the transaction ID from when I purchased the game in 2011) they "reinstated" the account so it sounds like it was banned originally? I have no idea but it's fixed now

Thanks for all the updates! For me the problem was because my account didn't have security questions so it got disabled. Now I have sent them a ticket with my transaction ID and hopefully my account gets verified!
