I send a support request on http://minecraft.net 4 weeks ago. Nothing but an auto response! I can not play the game since then. Since I changed my email address I can't log in any more.
Don't you think 4 weeks is a bit to long to let a customer wait?

Yes, I am very patient. But my patient ended after 4 weeks! I just changed my email address on http://minecraft.net . And now I can't play the game anymore! It is your mistake and you let me wait 4 weeks and still don't do a thing! More than 4 weeks should be unacceptable!
