@MojangSupport - my son has paid @Microsoft to use your software. He can login to MS. He can login to Minecraft site. He can't login to application. Before I reclaim £ from card company - would you like to explain what is going on?

No. He has paid for it, but is unable to login. Quite possibly the worst user experience I've ever seen. Which username should he even be entering? Is it just his MS u/name & pass? And what does he do when they don't work?

14 days after your online support ticket, you redirect to an entirely different help desk. Unacceptable. This is not good enough.
@Microsoft - they passed the buck to you... Fix it. Or I will ask for a refund
