Something went wrong with permissions on my kids Minecraft Java edition and they can no longer access servers (they can play local) and it tells me to buy new licenses. @MojangSupport has been completely unresponsive. Anyone know how I can get someone on the phone?

Thanks for the response. This is not the problem though as is detailed in my emails and DMs to you which have all gone without a response. Is there a phone number I can call? Also I know it’s Saturday so I don’t mind waiting until Monday but a call would help.
