@MojangSupport is there anything new regarding players having trouble signing in?
@MojangStatus said "all services are back to normal" but I've been unable to sign in since last night (and I submitted a support ticket already) I can't even get a change password email

Can we get some transparency on how long this will take? On how long (on average) a ticket submitted today will take to get to? I submitted one last week, I'd kind of like to know if I'll be able to play any Minecraft on my week off...

Haha, I submitted a request last year. Never had an answere. I assume they are just not processing it.
