@MojangSupport I've been locked out of my account for days now, and the helpdesk ticket experience isn't giving me any feedback as to whether my issue is even being tracked. Am I doing something wrong, or is there really no notification process for the client?

This isn't so much about the delay as it is about having literally no idea if anyone there is even working on my ticket. Other helpdesks I have worked with have given me a ticket number. Is that an option?

Coming up on 3 weeks since I submitted my ticket and I still have literally no idea if anyone even got my emails. Can I please get a ticket number, or something so I know I'm in the queue?
