@MojangSupport I still need help accessing my account since you won't send me the email reset link. Your customer service has been terrible. At least give me an idea of when I might hear back, please? Or should I just cancel all my realms subscriptions?

Any idea on how long it takes to hear a response? Knowing what kind of time frame I'm looking at would help. This was two weeks ago. I don't want to pay for a realms subscription that I cannot access.
