Shout out to @MojangSupport who failed to send an account password change email to the email I had hooked up, and when I reached out to support, they never responded. Cherry on top, apparently when I bought the game, I never got my purchase code, which is needed at this point.

Is it normal for response time to be over a week? That’s how long it’s been. It’s just irritating that this entire situation would not be happening if the password reset email was just properly sent

Same problem here, normal response time is about a month at minimum it seems. At about 3 weeks now still waiting lol
