@MojangSupport it’s been three weeks and I can’t get a response about a password reset. I’ve tried 30 times here’s #31 I just want to play the game but I’m probably going to cancel the payment... so disappointed in the support.

I get that but what about when I complete the password reset with all the correct credentials and it doesn’t send the email?
