@MojangSupport I used your website because I was having an account issue and its been a week and I have had no response outside of your automated systems. I have even replied to that ticket and nothing.

But should there not be some kind of critical order to your ticketing system. I have zero access to my account and its seemingly like you have deleted it your side as the password reset option is not sending me anything. A week with no reply at all s a bit ridiculous is it not?
