@MojangSupport I have been locked out of my account for weeks. I have been attempting to submit a request for a password change but the email never arrives and you never respond to the email that I was instructed to send on the help site. I am now reaching out here. Please help.

Not even four months later I get locked out again and here we are back where we started, and its been a month since I submitted ANOTHER ticket. Mojang is pathetic. This makes Comcast customer service look like Pros.
