@MojangSupport hey uh mojang my accounts (primary and backup) no longer can be signed into and when trying to reset the password i dont get a email even after several hours.. any help would be appreciated.

What do you mean by transaction I’d, I don’t have access to any of the information since I can’t sign into the account and the game was bought several years ago..
