Hey @MojangSupport, I can’t access my account. I emailed you and got an automated response, tried everything on it and still can’t. Replied back but haven’t heard anything. When can I expect to hear back?

@MojangSupport all you guys did was tell me to remove 3rd party programs (didn’t have any) and then sent me to a site where I needed to log in... problem... my issue is I can’t log in despite the password being correct. It has been 9 days since I’ve told you this and nothing. -
@MojangSupport will I ever get back into this game I paid for?
