I have reported it 4 times and they keep saying the problem is now resolved when as of 11:58 pm Sunday November 29 I still have no internet/marketplace connection for my game

Turns out my game was not connected To my Xbox profile.. So all I had to do was disconnect from my Microsoft profile and reconnect now everything is working and my game is backed up on my Xbox profile
