@MojangSupport I've been trying to access my Minecraft account for over a month (to no avail). I've also tried using the support and contact features on the Minecraft website, and no one ever responds to my email.

I don't mind waiting for my turn in line. I do mind having not received a confirmation or anything letting me know I'm IN line. I'd appreciate some support, even if it's just an update on timing.

In fact, I was underselling the time frame. I contacted Mojang in early August. That's nearly four months.
