@MojangSupport I need help with a convoluted account problem. It's an account that had not migrated to a Mojang account, and is linked to a university email I no longer have access to (so I can't migrate it myself).
I have made several support tickets since January. Please help!

Real quick: The tickets are closed without any action being taken. The specific issue I'm having doesn't match any of the prompts given by the support desk. Can I ask what my next steps are if the support desk has not helped in 3+ tickets over the course of nearly a year?
