I purchased a realm thru Google play, and you charged me for a SECOND realm; one I had no idea existed nor ever logged into. I estimate you took more than 70$. I have emailed you 2 separate occasions and no reply to a loyal customer. SAD

My patience is expended, considering my first Email was in AUGUST....over 2 months ago now! I'm sorry but no matter how 'busy you are it does NOT take 2 months to REPLY to a email; if even just to say "we're working on your problem"!!!
