@MojangSupport I opened up a ticket and have been emailing it for the past 10 days. Haven't gotten a single response since the first automated one. Can't login to my account and the request password reset email doesn't appear no matter how many times I request it.

My tweet got a response in 6h. That's the the reasonable response time I'd expect for online customer service. I submit a ticket with my problem go to sleep and it's fixed the next day. Not 10 days. And not allegedly 6 months like that other reply by
