@MojangSupport Ever since your huge update for months I cannot play the game I still get red screen on PS4, time for a refund. If I can’t play why did I buy it?

I appreciate that, however this game has had nothing but problems ever since the last big update. I made a support ticket for a major game breaking issue, and I was told they weren’t going to help me with that because it isn’t their focus right now. So what do I even do now?

I still have an issue where when a player joins my world, everything is reset for them as if playing for the first time. This is not a PS issue, it is a Minecraft issue. I’m not speaking of PS accounts. It’s same account. Nothing changed but the game glitches.

@MojangSupport I can start over but I won’t until I know this bug is fixed because then it will just happens again. They can’t access their ended chest, can’t access their pets. It’s as if they are a new player and they aren’t. No this has nothing to do with a new account.
