@MojangSupport I'm been trying to reset my password for my account, however I do not receive the email for it. I was contacted by the Support email, but they sent me some basic solutions that have not worked. I tried replying to them but I've heard nothing in 2 days. Any advice?

Well the ticket I put in was responded to, it just that the solutions given weren't applicable to my problem. Like I said, I tried replying, but I've heard nothing since. If I don't hear back in a few days, what would be my next step?
