@MojangSupport I haven't been able to get into my account for weeks, have had no response to any of my emails asking for a password reset or help. Anybody there?

Any other way to be ignored by your customer service? I’ve now been completely ignored after filling out the online form, emails have been completely ignored, and now ignored on Twitter. Maybe you have an IRC channel?
