My first ticket was created in April. I thought it must have gotten lost, so I made a new on a few weeks ago. April was a long time ago. Is there any way to verify if my April ticket is still in the queue? Happy to provide a Zendesk number from the email if it's helpful.

Hey I'm in the same boat. Opened a ticket in March & another in April/May. Reached out on twitter in August and was told to open a new ticket. I did that & no one has yet to respond. They really don't care. Do as the other guy said & ask for a refund. That's what I'm going to do
