Don't hold your breath on them helping you. I have the exact same issue & also provided my transaction ID. That was back in March & they still haven't resolved my issue. I reached out on Twitter a month ago and still no response. Mojang just doesn't give a shit or they'd expedite

I have had my ticket in since 7/14/20. I gave them transaction ID and everything. The only thing they gave me was a ticket number. They will not respond to emails asking whats taking so long. So you might be in for a long wait.
