@MojangSupport My purchased texture packs have disappeared on Bedrock (Switch) and I've not gotten a response on my support ticket, despite submitted proof of purchase. I know y'all are busy, I'm just curious about an expected TAT on response?

Hi again! I understand that you answer them in the order received, but I was wondering if you have an estimated response time? I don't mind if it's long due to staff shortage, I just would like to not obsessively check my email so I know I'm not missing my opportunity to respond.
