@MojangSupport I am unable to log in to my Minecraft account and am not receiving the password reset emails. I have already contacted support at https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/requests/new … and haven't received a reply in months, so do not link me there.

It is unacceptable that I have to wait several months to get a product working that I've paid for. The way I see it is you guys have my money while I haven't received anything in return.
