@MojangSupport I have emailed Mojang 3 times now, it’s been 4 months since I could play Minecraft on my friends world! It keeps locating server, I’ve emailed time and time again and I’m getting no response, I’ve been playing this game since 2011, very disappointed.

I E-mailed them months ago too and tried e-mailing again to follow up why I wasn't responded to but
@MojangSupport decided to close the ticket without responding. Now they just seem to be flat out ignoring me.
