@MojangSupport I've emailed Mojang support twice over the past few weeks and i have had no response. I'm even still waiting on a response from a ticket i made in early 2019. Wondering if you could help at all. Frustrated as the issue could easily be solved on your end.

yeah. i feel although every time i speak to support they just reply with the same copy and pasted list of solutions and don't reply for 9 months.

i understand cutting the queue of support isn't something i can do but they sent an initial reply and didn't answer any of my emails going forward. I just wish to have this simple issue resolved asap
