This really isn’t acceptable. Hundreds if not thousands of people are experiencing problems or unable to even login in for months now! And what response do you give? “We’ll get to it when we can” or “send a support ticket” which you don’t even answer!

ive had another problem with minecraft about 2 weeks ago and tried to reach them but they wouldnt respond, i agree with you that this is unacceptable. you wont be able to find the tweet now because i deleted it since it was hopeless to get an answer

Two months? Seriously? Basically everyone is at home. They should be able to answer freakin emails, helping people. I just need help with an extremely basic issue and now, from the looks of it, I won’t even get help with that for 2 months+. Get it together. It’s not that hard.
