@MojangSupport it’s been well over 6 months now since I sent in a support request regarding the loss of my Minecoins and in-game content. Someone got back to me in April asking for account details, but I have since not heard back from them. Is there any help I can get on here?

Just tried to bump my email request and see if my ticket was still active. It keeps auto replying with “Not an Active Address”, despite me replying to their original response. Does this mean I have to open a new support request? Honestly disappointing idk
