Minecraft Realms on Bedrock: Players on Win 10 who have not attempted a purchase should be able to purchase/renew Realms without issue now. We are still working on resolving the issue for players who have purchased while there were issues. Thanks for your patience! - HZ

yeah i did and the person "bongo cat" said " I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your purchase. We just had a huge Nether update that has caused players some technical and billing issues. We are aware of these issues and our developers are looking into a fix soon.
