@MojangSupport I have bought a realm which not even in my menu. I tried again and it said subscription (2) so cancelled that. The money has come out of my bank and still no realm.

There is no name of the realm as I was never given one even though I paid for it. I have sent an email with the ticket number xbox has given me yesterday
