I'm sorry to hear that's happening! I would go ahead and report that here: https://bugs.mojang.com/secure/Dashboard.jspa … so that the developers can see and look into it further. ^AS

There is a number of people who have reported this bug on that site. No one seems to be responding or helping to resolve it.

Here is the fix, you can share with others having this issue. - Put your switch into airplane mode start the game - go to the start screen and open the options - Select game > configure online play > sign out of your Microsoft account - close the game (1/2)
