@MojangSupport I’m now entering month 5 with no resolution to my trouble ticket. I really hope these 40 extra people you’ve hired are going to be able to address this issue soon. Five months without being able to play Minecraft. Crazy.

Do you? I have yet to see any evidence of that. Five months with no resolution! Just saying. Should I start submitting a new ticket every day until I get someone’s attention!? You said not to submit more than one ticket but that isn’t helping. No help in 5 months! Shame on you!
