@MojangSupport I have been waiting for an email response for nearly 2 weeks so I'll try asking here. It shouldn't be a hard issue to fix. I can't log on to my MC account and I am not receiving password reset emails. my email address is mattmsn@hotmail.co.uk pls help love you xox

Of course i have already checked this, I am not an idiot. I don’t see how submitting a second ticket will help when you STILL haven’t replied to the first one. This is insane levels of ineptitude. All I want is a password reset email.........
