@MojangSupport @Minecraft I wrote a support ticket two months ago, providing my transaction ID and asking for help. Since then I contacted you several times, but I never heard back from you.

Having a backlog of two months old tickets seems a bit much and I feel sorry for your support team. I'm not exaggerating here, I created the ticket March the 30th.
