@Mojang @MojangSupport @Minecraft @minecraft @NintendoUK Please explain why its so difficult trying to play online with my 7 year old son (both have switches). All I get in web searches is restart switch. It has worked 10%, mostly leaving my son tearful & upset. NOT GOOD ENOUGH.

That whole website is about as helpful as your reply. You don't go into any detail on switch, just about Xbox. That doesn't help me. Either fix these issues or provide adequate support for paying customers.

6 days, still no response. Have 2 switches today in same room as my son, both on
@Minecraft and still can not connect. You really need to sort this out, disgusting provision and customer service.@MojangSupport@notch
