@MojangSupport _ I can't begin to tell you how frustrated I am right now. I am trying and trying to connect to my account and I can't do it. I need to change my password, but I am not getting an email back. HELP!!!

I filled out the form. Can you tell me why there is no way to speak to an actual person? No phone number! No chat feature! That is incredibly frustrating. It makes me feel like I have you my money and you couldn’t care less about my experience as a customer.
