@MojangSupport We signed up my Son for a Java edition Realm on Dec 10 and it stopped working on Jan 21st. We have been emailing support since then with no or slow response and now the subscription only has 20 days left in it when he has only been able to use it for a month. Help!

Mojang, why is it taking 5 months to resolve this? This is unacceptable. Also, he needs to have his subscription extended for the time it was unplayable as by the time you fix this he won’t have any time left. How can I escalate this?
