Hey @MojangSupport I already opened a ticket on this, but my account details have been compromised. Phisher has enough to have my account reset with the transaction ID, anyway to get that expedited to have a flag put on my account to not reset?

I saw someone has tweeted them saying they've been waiting 6 months but Mojang is responding to the tickets as they get them. How can a company celebrating 200 million sales have a team who are over 6 months behind on customer troubleshooting. Absolute shambles.
