@MojangSupport Still no reply on my issue. It is close to 5 months since I first contacted you guys and I've only gotten canned responses that didn't even remotely address the issue.

And as quickly as possible translates to 5 months? Lets not forget the tickets you just decided to close because you thought they were related to issues that weren't a problem, without even reading what the issue was. Seriously, it's been five months. Please answer.
