Was really hoping to play some #Minecraft again but @MojangSupport is unresponsive. I know wait times are long, but it's been 4+ days & haven't even gotten "we're looking into it" resp. Had this game since 2011 & just want to reset my f'in pw + play. Not getting reset emails...
