@MojangSupport Are you guys still answering support tickets? I submitted a request regarding a stolen account with transaction ID at the beginning of April and had an automated response that didn't help and then nothing.

Still not heard anything back regarding this. Someone, somewhere is enjoying the game I bought but it isn't me! how about you guys refund me so I can set up a new account and rebuy? my patience is wearing thin, just seen that some people have been waiting 4 months?!
