@MojangSupport My account was hacked sometime last month, but my account is almost a decade old and I do not have the purchase ID for it anymore. Someone else now controls my account; how on earth do I get it back? Tried emailing support and got no help whatsoever.

I have done once already. The moment I said I did not have the purchase ID due to how old the account is, the rep said he couldn't do a thing and then straight up stopped replying to me. Awful customer service. A ten year old account, gone.
