@MojangSupport I'm trying to put in a ticket to fix a Windows 10 key that was stolen but I keep getting emails telling me the ticket is closed as you think it's about the promotion that ended (it's not). When I try to respond I get told that it's not an active address. Pls help!

I already did this and put a ticket in several times, and they then told me to go back to the retailer (you guys) for support with the issue. How can I resolve this without needing to go back and forth forever and ever between you and Microsoft?pic.twitter.com/MZvVTJyO7F

@MojangSupport just double-checking that I haven't been forgotten here, you guys still gonna help? As mentioned, I have been in touch with Microsoft and they sent me back to you, so going back to Microsoft wouldn't help at all here.
