@MojangSupport hello, I contact you again cause this is the second time you closed a ticket of mine without giving me any answer. For the first time I waited a month, now 2 weeks, and the ticket just got closed again. Can you guys help me somehow, pls?

I did it through the Mojang support plataform, so I got no email. I also sent another ticket following the first issue, but that means I will have to wait 2 weeks more, and that eventually it might get closed again without giving me any answer...
