@MojangSupport Seriously folks - It can't take you 6 weeks to catch up to old tickets. I just need to recover my migrated classic account. It's a simple password recovery - I provided purchase receipts, emails et cetera.

@MojangSupport I am encountering a similar issue, and even if I believe that the support staff is doing their best, this is a shame for the company and probably the worst customer service around (compared to Steam, Blizzard or even EA).Thanks.
