.@MojangSupport I've been trying to get into my Minecraft account since last October. I've made numerous support requests but only ever get general replies that don't help. I have my username, transaction ID, email address, but I never receive the password reset emails. Pls help!

This is becoming insane. My support ticket was unilaterally closed because 'It appears your request is about the Windows 10 code.' It isn't: I can't log into my account, which may have been compromised. I'm told to 'send a new help ticket' but this is my 4th ticket already. HELP
