@MojangSupport Can you please help me? 6 weeks ago my account was stolen I have sent a request with all the right information (transaction id) via website but still no response. I’m worried as someone has access to all my personal information and nothing seems to be getting done.

You really telling me its been over 6 weeks and you still haven’t gotten to my ticket. Sorry don’t believe you. Your doing nothing. My account has been stolen and your now taking the p**s. I will be contacting trading standards as this is very poor customer service.
